Key Responsibilities

•Lead litigation matters worldwide involving Booking Holdings Inc. and/or multiple subsidiary brands; engage outside counsel, set strategy, oversee discovery and settlement and appeal considerations.
•Provide employment law counsel and partnership to the BHI HR and Compliance/Investigative teams.
•Work cross-brand to shape, manage and improve global litigation and risk mitigation strategy, including by developing and maintaining standards for subsidiary brands.
•Coordinate cross-brand global alignment on substantive legal issues, such as IP, employment, consumer law, sustainability, AI, and accessibility.
•Manage two direct reports in Europe who support the function; travel required.

Salary: USD 258,300 - 315,700 annually
