Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted Marketing Cloud subject matter expert for the broader Success Architect organization.
  • •Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to evaluate and recommend Marketing Cloud optimization strategies across architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution design.
  • •Translate complex technical concepts for audiences from developers to executive stakeholders.
  • •Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capabilities or develop creative solutions through customization.
  • •Develop and run tailored playbooks aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog to maximize adoption and success.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of enterprise consulting experience delivering Marketing/MarTech enterprise software solutions.
  • •Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email/Mobile) and at least one: Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or similar.
  • •Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
  • •Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement scripting languages: AmpScript, SSJS, GTL, WSProxy.
  • •Ability to architect and design integrations, and communicate effectively with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
