Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director and Corporate Counsel across the litigation and employment matter lifecycle, including intake, case management, and deadline tracking.
  • •Coordinate e-discovery, document collection, and document review with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
  • •Administer legal holds by issuing and tracking hold notices and monitoring compliance.
  • •Prepare materials for mediations, arbitrations, and hearings; assist with responses to claims, demand letters, and administrative complaints.
  • •Maintain case management systems and support related processes such as service of process portal monitoring, record retention, invoice/budget tracking, and litigation reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 119,583 - 175,388.4 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Paralegal certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •10+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation and/or employment matters in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
  • •Working knowledge of e-discovery processes and legal hold administration.
  • •Experience with case/matter management systems such as Legal Tracker or Gavel.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage confidential, sensitive information and handle a high volume of matters.
