Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end launch planning for new products entering the UK and EU, including initial buy sizing, sequencing, and PO recommendations.
  • •Operationalize forecasting models, demand signals, and algorithmic recommendations by applying judgement, flagging issues, and feeding learnings back to improve models.
  • •Manage POs end-to-end: generate, adjust, expedite, and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
  • •Partner with merchandising, sourcing, and production on assortment/launch calendars, lead times, capacity, vendor allocation, and PO execution.
  • •Build and maintain operational artifacts (trackers, dashboards, status notes) and continuously refine the launch planning rhythm.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in inventory, demand, supply, or merchandise planning, ideally in a DTC, e-commerce, or multi-category retail business with frequent product launches.
  • •Track record building trust-based relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Direct, hands-on experience sizing launch buys for new products and triggering replenishment decisions from early sell-through data.
  • •Strong working knowledge of forecasting and replenishment logics for new-product contexts, with quantitative literacy to challenge and operate algorithmic recommendations.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing POs end-to-end (generate, expedite, adjust, resolve) with global vendors, plus day-to-day AI experience as a must.
