Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve thin-film dielectric deposition processes for high aspect ratio advanced DRAM features and devices.
  • •Relate on-wafer performance to hardware performance and drive solutions to improve film metrics such as uniformity, conformality, quality, selectivity, and electrical/optical performance.
  • •Lead initiatives to ensure technical and operational requirements are met and projects achieve program KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of ALD, epitaxy, or plasma-based deposition fundamentals.
  • •Experience using data-driven methods such as DOE, SPC, and basic materials characterization.
