Assistant Store Manager I

Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and operational excellence in a luxury retail environment. Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering inclusive, high-energy customer experiences while resolving issues promptly. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, and support omni-channel and digital engagement such as clienteling and virtual shopping. Ensure compliance across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising, and communicate insights to district and corporate teams.
