Treasury Management Regional Sales Manager, East- Government and Higher Education

Lead a Government and Higher Education sales division/segment to drive new-to-bank client acquisition and deepen wallet share across existing clients. Own end-to-end Treasury Management and Payments solution selling while designing sales strategy and services. Build, hire, develop, and hold accountable a team of sales professionals using performance management, coaching, and accountability to achieve division objectives and sustain profitable growth. Partner with relationship management and functional teams and ensure compliance with ethics, AML, BSA, and security requirements.
