Job Summary

Design and deliver presales unified communications and collaboration solutions, translating enterprise requirements into scalable and secure architectures. Partner with sales and enterprise stakeholders to conduct solution workshops, customer environment assessments, and technical presentations. Build technical designs, network diagrams, and BOMs, respond to RFPs, support demonstrations, and produce proposal documentation with cost estimates. Advise on vendor selection and migration strategies while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop collaboration solutions including Unified Communications (UC), contact center, WebEx, and cloud-based communication platforms.
•Create technical architectures, network diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM) aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
•Run solution design workshops and deliver technical presentations to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
•Assess customer environments via network analysis, infrastructure review, and technical gap identification.
•Support sales cycles by responding to RFPs, performing product demonstrations, producing proposal documentation, and providing technical validation.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in unified communications, collaboration platforms, or network architecture.
•5+ years of presales, solutions architecture, or sales engineering experience.
•Deep technical knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), voice gateways, contact center platforms, or equivalent technologies.
•Experience with cloud-based collaboration solutions such as WebEx, Teams, and Zoom integration.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
