•Lead the design and execution of GTM objectives & strategies, including capacity planning, international expansion, sales segmentation and post-sale frameworks
•Define and implement KPIs across business segments, delivering predictive insights and recommendations that move the needle
•Design & lead new revenue growth programs on topics such as pipeline generation, territory management, incentive & compensation structures and internal operational processes
•Deliver key business reporting for GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors
•Work cross-functionally across GTM to ensure alignment on top priorities and drive internal process transformations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 205,000 annually

•4+ years of relevant experience in GTM/revenue operations and/or investment banking, management consulting or a related field.
•Advanced analytical capability with Excel & modeling proficiency; experience with Salesforce or GTM/BI tools is desirable.

•“Get it done” posture and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex data for executive audiences.
