Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain profitable business banking relationships for targeted business sales size and credit exposure.
  • •Prospect new business and expand/deepen existing relationships.
  • •Meet with business owners to understand needs, recommend solutions across the bank, and negotiate pricing and fees.
  • •Manage the portfolio including quarterly portfolio reviews and completion of necessary credit documentation; monitor maturing loans and upcoming renewals.
  • •Coordinate loan approvals through the Huntington Loan Center with partners, adhere to pricing/credit standards, and support collections/recovery for past-due and graded credits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-year combination of education and Business banking/Commercial experience).
  • •Minimum 3 years of Business Banking or Commercial experience.
  • •Well-versed in complex commercial credits.
  • •Analytical, credit, and negotiating skills.
  • •Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication.
