Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and drive long-term technical vision and strategy for cloud infrastructure and platform engineering across multiple domains.
  • •Serve as the architectural authority for Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • •Lead complex, business-critical platform designs and guide key architectural tradeoffs.
  • •Establish and enforce enterprise-wide patterns, standards, and guardrails for secure, resilient, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
  • •Mentor and develop senior engineers and technical leaders, and facilitate cross-organizational design reviews to raise engineering quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep, enterprise-scale experience designing and operating Azure-based cloud platforms across compute, networking, storage, identity, and managed services.
  • •Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation at scale, including governance, composability, and policy-driven engineering.
  • •Advanced understanding of cloud security architecture (including zero-trust, identity federation, and secure network boundaries) with regulatory considerations.
  • •Proven track record architecting and evolving highly resilient, globally distributed systems with strong failure-domain and recovery strategies.
  • •Experience defining and executing multi-team, multi-phase technical strategies, including dependency management and incremental delivery models.
