MCC Defect Controller

Track and manage chronic and repetitive aircraft defects using PIREPs, MIREPs, Crew Calls, and Skywise health monitoring. Cross-check technical logs and NEF items, review SMRs and Class 3 faults to spot early failure trends, and guide rectification methods based on FAD experience. Coordinate with Line Maintenance, MCC Controllers, and Line Planning to schedule ground time, partner with Materials and Component teams to reduce NFF, and produce defect analytics for CASS.
