Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto, defining service levels and resolution targets for fund flows.
  • •Build controls infrastructure that determines applicable risk, compliance, and financial controls for each flow, and verify they run and pass before funds move.
  • •Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across payment rails, blockchain networks, controls, and the ledger to identify and resolve failures quickly.
  • •Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls from product specs, triage alerts before engineering involvement, and remediate within governed limits.
  • •Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to establish control ownership and hold teams accountable for fund flows.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in money movement, payments infrastructure, ledgering, or financial platforms at scale.
  • •Proven experience owning strategy for large-scale money movement or financial systems such as payment processing, transfers, ledgers, or reconciliation.
  • •Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, double-entry ledgering, reconciliation, and preventive/detective controls.
  • •Ability to set reliability and compliance standards that other teams must meet in a highly regulated environment.
