•Map and maintain a structured view of AI assistants in the travel ecosystem, including key players, emerging standards/protocols, partnership dynamics, and business models.
•Run competitive intelligence and SWOT analysis, translating observations into actionable strategic recommendations for the team and senior stakeholders.
•Monitor competitor moves, product launches, integrations, partnerships, pricing signals, M&A activity, and technology shifts to identify emerging opportunities.
•Track customer behavior, traveler behavior, and partner feedback to inform strategy, value proposition, positioning, and product direction.
•Lead market sizing, customer segmentation, target customer definition, and early business model/pricing/go-to-market thinking; produce executive-ready strategy outputs.

Key Requirements

•Proven ability to run market assessments, ecosystem mapping, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and business opportunity analysis.
•Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, AI assistant ecosystems, platform business models, and emerging technology trends.
•Experience translating complex market signals into executive-level recommendations and strategic decisions.
