Build BytePlus’s regional market presence as the founding senior sales leader in Madrid. Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Drive new business acquisition and own go-to-market strategy to build a pipeline from zero and achieve revenue targets.
•Independently lead complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
•Architect tailored solutions leveraging ByteDance AI/ML, recommendation engines, video streaming, and cloud infrastructure to translate technical capabilities into business ROI.
•Develop deep understanding of regional ecommerce, retail, and media market dynamics to identify opportunities and craft value propositions.
•Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and partner with marketing on brand awareness activities at industry conferences and events.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with consistent quota overachievement.
•5+ years in direct sales of GenAI solutions, SaaS, or enterprise technology with success in new logo acquisition.
•Deep understanding of regional AI-native/digital-native industries (ecommerce, retail, media/entertainment, gaming, streaming) including key players, business models, and pain points.
•Proven ability to independently close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
