Job Summary

Join the flight deck team as a First Officer on Etihad’s Airbus wide-body fleet. Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Captain in flight preparation, navigation, and operation, ensuring compliance with Etihad operating procedures and regulatory standards.
•Maintain continuous and independent checks of aircraft position, terrain, and weather to support safe navigation.
•Provide clear communication, advice, and support to the Captain to contribute to safe and efficient decision-making.
•Uphold high standards of discipline, conduct, and personal appearance, representing Etihad professionally in every environment.
•In the event of Captain incapacitation, assume command in accordance with rank and company procedures.

Key Requirements

•Meet either Criteria A or Criteria B, including minimum total flying hours (2,500 or 3,000) and wide-body type time (1,000 on Criteria A, 2,000 on Criteria B).
•Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA (Criteria A) and experience on Airbus wide-body FBW or Boeing wide-body aircraft.
•Flown any Airbus wide-body FBW or Boeing wide-body aircraft within the last 12 months and hold a valid type rating for at least 2 more months at joining.
•Hold an unrestricted ATPL (or valid frozen ATPL) issued by an ICAO member state and maintain an unrestricted, current Class 1 medical.
•English language fluency (written and verbal) at ICAO Level 4 or better, and must not have attained age 50 on the day of joining.
