Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and systematically gather air-cargo information on global supply chain trends, trade flows, and customer requirements to identify new market opportunities.
  • •Analyze product and solution gaps versus other airlines, integrators, and forwarders; develop product ideas and high-level business cases including costs and predicted yield/revenue.
  • •Coordinate with Cargo Managers, customers, and supplier partners to collect operational details, recommend process fit, and develop simplified product/solution guidelines with performance monitoring.
  • •Manage supplier partner contracting and relationship lifecycle, ensuring Legal/Insurance/P&L information is built into contracts and communicated to stakeholders.
  • •Support product sales by evaluating product objectives, analyzing commercial performance against revenue targets, recommending corrective actions, and assisting with outstation target mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with 5+ years’ experience in the express courier industry, with most experience in business development, product development, and sales support.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of global supply chain practices, air cargo market needs, cargo industry business processes, and cargo products and solutions.
  • •Project management skills.
  • •Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • •Strong analytical skills and strong written and spoken English communication to work with external suppliers and customers.
