•Engage stakeholders and establish their ORAT workstreams and working groups.
•Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOCs.
•Identifies dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.
•Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues and escalates threats to the ORAT Lead.
•Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of GTAA staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 135,000 - 185,000 annually

•Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in managing or leading large and complex programs
•5+ years in a management position and strong organizational/communication skills
•Previous ORAT program experience is required

•Demonstrable experience managing stakeholder relationships and providing management-level reporting
