Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker II after a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification. You’ll use consultative selling and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, promote deposit/loan/fee-based products, and drive retention and cross-selling. You’ll proactively reach customers with approved marketing tools, partner with business units, and meet production and customer experience goals while following risk and ethics policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain product/service knowledge for retail consumer and small business customers and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Provide guidance to CSRs on the sales and referral process while meeting/exceeding customer experience and production goals and supporting revenue growth.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration is required at the time of employment through NMLS.
