Job Summary

Lead end-to-end UX research on the Design Research & Strategy team to shape Adobe’s AI investment decisions across creative tools. Frame decision problems, define research questions and methods (including GenAI-accelerated workflows), run studies, and synthesize qualitative, quantitative, and telemetry data into executive-ready narratives. Partner across product and design, mentor junior researchers, and influence roadmaps and strategic direction.

•Build cross-company alliances and deepen understanding of business context, engaging with product teams to influence goals and designs.

•Ability to synthesize qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral (telemetry) data into evidence-based perspectives.
•Proven capability to frame ambiguous product and business problems, challenge assumptions, and shape strategic direction through research.
•Experience developing and communicating research-informed product and strategy recommendations, including clear options, tradeoffs, and leadership implications.
•Demonstrated impact on product or business strategy (e.g., influencing roadmaps, investment decisions, or organizational alignment).
