Own Reddit’s measurement partnership portfolio, ensuring program integrity through contract renewals, negotiations, vendor onboarding, and cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, and Legal. Advance the measurement strategy using advertising research methods like MTA and Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and evaluate partner and research performance from kickoff to delivery. Lead technical integrations with global measurement providers, including data pipelines and clean rooms, to support upcoming ad product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of a partner portfolio, managing measurement and audience partners and overseeing operational health and direct support motions.
•Vet, onboard, and manage relationships with premium vendors to align with evolving sales and measurement objectives.
•Serve as the primary lead across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders to scope, deliver, and ensure research integrations are utilized.
•Independently assess financial and operational performance of research and vendor projects and provide executive-level optimization recommendations.
•Manage technology-based integrations with measurement providers, including data pipelines, clean room implementations, and AI/ML productivity tools.
•Evaluate industry trends to align research projects and partner capabilities with upcoming ad product rollouts and auction design goals.

Salary: USD 167,500 - 234,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement, ideally in a measurement company or media owner with a background in digital advertising.
•Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-impact partners and drive program health and strategic revenue goals.
•Deep familiarity with the advertising measurement ecosystem, including attitudinal survey research, online/offline sales lift, and methodologies such as MTA and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
•Track record managing end-to-end quantitative advertising research and understanding ad-tech infrastructure (serving, targeting, optimization, and data flows).
•Exceptional written and oral communication skills to synthesize complex measurement issues for senior stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
