Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Audio-Visual (AV) operations for India, ensuring seamless collaboration experiences and high availability for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), AV systems, meeting spaces, and digital workplace technologies. Own critical AV incident escalation and resolution, monitor room health and utilization, and drive automation/self-healing. Manage onsite AV technicians and vendor teams, standardize SOPs and audits, and coordinate with Network, Firewall, Azure, and Engineering teams for L2/L3 issue resolution and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily AV operations to ensure smooth functioning of meeting rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, cafés, and collaboration spaces.
•Serve as the primary escalation point for critical AV incidents and coordinate resolution with internal vendors and stakeholders.
•Monitor room health, utilization, and performance; drive automation in reporting and self-healing capabilities.
•Manage and guide onsite AV technicians and vendor teams to deliver high-quality operational support and service delivery.
•Handle AV ticket management in SNOW (ServiceNow) and support AV asset management, audits, and compliance coordination.

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) solutions and AV operations leadership for meeting/collaboration spaces.
•Familiarity with AV OEMs such as Crestron, Poly, and NEAT, including troubleshooting AV peripherals and connectivity.
•Experience supporting and monitoring digital signage systems, including multicast/unicast concepts.
•Ability to lead and motivate onsite AV technicians and vendor teams while managing SLAs and service delivery.
•Working knowledge of collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webcast, On24, BYOD) and ticket management using SNOW (ServiceNow).
