Job Summary

Own Product Operations as the operating system for the product org, ensuring durable infrastructure across analytics, the product lifecycle (alpha to beta to GA), and PM onboarding. Build and maintain end-to-end analytics instrumentation and dashboards so PMs and execs can rely on trusted metrics. Drive repeatable lifecycle processes and voice-of-customer loops across GTM, Support, and product, plus take on scoped high-leverage initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the analytics stack end to end: instrumentation standards, event taxonomy, metric definitions, dashboard hygiene, and NPS/CSAT measurement architecture.
•Set and run the alpha → beta → GA process, including EPD↔GTM communication, RACI, handoff gates, and timing of GTM updates.
•Manage communication and process around changes to existing products.
•Own the voice-of-customer feedback loop between GTM, Support, and the product org, including strategic account calls that surface prioritization signals.
•Own new-PM onboarding as a repeatable program tied to the PM ladder, and take on scoped high-leverage initiatives as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in product operations, strategy & operations, analytics, or a related role in a B2B SaaS environment scaling through complexity.
•Experience building and owning durable systems/infrastructure that keep running after you move on.
•Strong SQL and hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools such as Omni, Amplitude, or Looker, including building dashboards and data models.
•Track record owning KPI frameworks and instrumentation standards across multiple products and stakeholders.
•Strong program management to run alpha → beta → GA lifecycle processes across a multi-product org without losing detail.
