Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary Assignment)

Support the Accounts Payable team in a temporary, entry-level role lasting about 3–4 months. You’ll handle vendor and internal inquiries by phone and email, review monthly vendor statements, and coordinate payment details and outstanding invoices. The role also includes vendor account maintenance requests, processing mail on a rotational schedule, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through training and continuous improvement.
