Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop advanced clinical training programs and role-specific curricula aligned with Philips product advancements and clinical best practices.
  • •Create and implement comprehensive training for complex medical devices and systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • •Deliver interactive training sessions, workshops, and simulations (in-person and virtually), including customer-facing demonstrations of clinical workflows.
  • •Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessment metrics, and performance outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Manage training logistics and maintain training courses in the Learning Management System (LMS), including updates based on product and clinical practice changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of combined experience, including at least 3 years of clinical experience in Radiology Technology and 2 years in clinical education, training, or instructional roles.
  • •Proven experience developing training content within the Radiology domain.
  • •Experience delivering clinical training for Operators, Medical Physicists, and Radiologists.
  • •Strong clinical and diagnostic expertise in imaging, including in-depth knowledge of radiation safety principles.
  • •Hands-on understanding of Philips DXR (Digital X-ray Radiography) equipment in clinical use.
