Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, analyze, and report on billing and support performance metrics (payments, renewals, refunds, disputes/chargebacks) and identify emerging trends.
•Build and maintain data pipelines that deliver accurate, timely, and reliable billing data for analytics and reporting.
•Design and run A/B tests and statistical “what-if” analyses to evaluate billing and support initiatives and anticipate financial risk.
•Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts, including intake/prioritization and task delivery against business needs.
•Partner cross-functionally with Billing, Support, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align metrics, definitions, and processes with risk-mitigation goals.
