Own Harvey’s organic search strategy and AI answer presence, spanning traditional engines (Google, Bing) and the AI answer layer (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Claude). You’ll define the SEO/AEO roadmap, build scalable playbooks and monitoring/observability, and lead analytics plus experimentation tied to pipeline and revenue. Partner across content, PMM, web, engineering, and data to make Harvey the authoritative answer for buyers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the SEO strategy and roadmap across harvey.ai and all web properties, balancing quick wins with compounding investments.
•Build and maintain an SEO playbook (processes, templates, guardrails) and own the SEO-driven content calendar across the buyer journey.
•Develop and own the AEO/GEO strategy to ensure Harvey is consistently cited and surfaced in AI answer engines.
•Implement entity consistency, optimize content for extractability, and grow LLM citation footprint through earned mentions.
•Set up monitoring/observability for AI-generated answers, crawlability/indexing issues, ranking drops, and Core Web Vitals regressions; connect performance to pipeline and revenue via experimentation and measurement frameworks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 294,000 annually

•8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable, measurable results.
•Recent, dedicated focus on AEO/GEO—built a program or owned a meaningful AEO workstream.
•B2B SaaS background and ability to map content to enterprise buyer journeys and pipeline, not just traffic.
•Deep technical SEO fluency and proficiency with core SEO/GEO tools.
•Experience with experimentation platforms (Statsig, Optimizely or similar), A/B test design, statistical significance, and international SEO with hreflang.
