Job Summary

Drive TikTok Shop growth by prospecting and qualifying high-potential seller partners through multi-channel outbound campaigns. Lead initial seller pitches, assess seller fit, and support end-to-end onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation. Partner with internal teams to ensure ongoing support and merchant navigation to help sellers increase GMV. Own monthly/quarterly acquisition and GMV targets over a 3–6 month period while learning the platform and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and deliver tailored propositions for TikTok Shop.
•Assess seller fit and confirm potential partners, identifying seller growth strategies and GMV pathways.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including registration, account setup, and activation.
•Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for seller acquisition and seller GMV growth in a 3–6 month period.

Key Requirements

•Proven B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
•Excellent command of English and Italian (written and verbal) for external negotiations and presentations.
•Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to operate autonomously.
•Availability for a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension based on results.
•Strong advantage: direct eCommerce/online marketplace/platform experience in a high-growth environment.
