Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary relationship advisor for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, providing needs-based, high-level service and delivering the full suite of Truist Wealth solutions.
  • •Meet revenue growth, profitability, and client retention goals by acquiring new clients through business development and expanding services to existing clients.
  • •Act as an expert “market moving” advisor able to handle the most challenging, sensitive, and complex banking relationships.
  • •Develop relationships with external referral sources and coordinate with specialists and IRM partners (e.g., credit, mortgage, planning, investments, trust and fiduciary, insurance) to support client service and prospect referrals.
  • •Maintain legal, operating, and regulatory controls to manage risk and compliance, and use sound judgment on expense and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree is required.
  • •Maintain FINRA licenses including Series 7, Series 66, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable, plus applicable life, health, and variable insurance licenses, including continuing education requirements.
  • •8+ years of sales and client management experience in wealth management, including managing portfolios of high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients with complex credit and banking needs.
  • •Advanced knowledge of credit and proven experience working complex credit deals; demonstrate interpersonal, sales, presentation, and relationship management skills in the high net worth marketplace.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
