Key Responsibilities

  • •Run and lead client and required meetings, presenting updates at all project stages.
  • •Manage risks, including maintaining the risk register and conducting risk workshops as needed.
  • •Identify factors influencing construction costs and monitor/report the data; issue reports as agreed.
  • •Oversee schedule and budgets, including review/assessment of work-in-place and approvals/revisions of capital expenditure/cost estimates.
  • •Plan, organize, schedule, direct, and control project delivery; manage quality control and lead value engineering sessions; oversee project transfer close-out documentation and warranties.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience as a project manager.
  • •Sector experience (e.g., corporate occupier, retail, or real estate).
  • •Experience in commissioning.
  • •Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish at a working level to lead meetings and produce written communication/presentations.
