Branch Leader I or II Blountville

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch by driving performance through coaching, management, and business development. Grow branch revenue by building small business expertise and expanding Mass Affluent relationships through face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management while managing human capital activities such as interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and workforce scheduling. Partner with IRM and operations teams to deliver a One Team culture.
