Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager, escalating process or system gaps
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes
  • •Move dynamically across the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; execute operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team

Key Requirements
