Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow all safety policies and proactively address unsafe behavior.
  • •Assess the production area through evaluations and tests to ensure quality and product integrity to ASME, customer ITP, regulatory, and company standards.
  • •Identify non-conforming products, analyze test results, and determine root cause; place suspected non-conforming inventory on hold and notify the Quality Manager.
  • •Verify quality assurance equipment specifications and calibration; review and secure corrections/justifications in record documentation.
  • •Perform inspections and documentation for receiving, welding activities, post weld heat treat charts, defect records, and assist with internal and external ASME compliance audits.

Key Requirements
