•Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes.
•Recruit, retain, and develop talent; partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to resolve performance issues and policy violations.

•Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
•Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
