Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the technical vision for the Product Eligibility domain in an autonomous team.
  • •Overhaul how Wise captures and validates customers’ residence, present location, and address information.
  • •Contribute to platform services and back-office tooling supporting product eligibility.
  • •Episodically contribute to customer-facing flows to extend platform capabilities.
  • •Collaborate closely with the product manager and analyst in an agile workflow.

Salary: GBP 68,000 - 87,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
  • •Years of Java 8+ knowledge.
  • •Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including query optimisation and designing schemas.
  • •Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining clean RESTful APIs.
  • •Experience following best coding practices, code reviews, open feedback, and writing testable code with Test Driven Development.
