Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as a Product Definition Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role analyzing and documenting complex business requirements.
  • •Strong knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP services, including JSON, XML, Postman, SOAP UI, and related API concepts.
  • •Experience using Agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally across requirements, testing, implementation, and customer engagement phases.
  • •Ability to create and maintain functional and solution design documentation, including ICDs and feasibility/solution documentation.
  • •Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++, SQL) and experience in the travel domain is beneficial.
