Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to meet required standards.
  • •Diagnose faults, fit replacement parts correctly, and ensure warranty claims align with warranty terms.
  • •Attend customer sites as required to carry out repairs and modifications.
  • •Complete job cards, service sheets, timesheets, and other relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • •Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, follow Safe Systems of Work, and report accidents, risks, and near misses.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical and/or refrigeration experience to perform repairs with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • •Ability to diagnose faults and complete maintenance/repair work according to standards.
  • •Full driving licence.
  • •Able to read wiring diagrams and technical information.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including completing accurate job cards, service sheets, and timesheets.
