Key Responsibilities

•Visit customer homes to collect measurements, photographs, and structural/electrical data for solar design.
•Assess roof conditions and electrical service panels using standardized tools and protocols.
•Climb ladders, walk rooftops, and conduct attic inspections as required.
•Submit survey data and documentation using mobile field tools, and confirm installed systems match approved plans and standards.
•Perform post-install inspection visits, coordinate readiness for AHJ/utility inspections, and discuss installations with AHJ and customers.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Previous PV design, PV installation, or PV electrical experience is helpful, with minimum one year of field construction experience preferred.
•Comfortable working on roofs, using ladders, and working in tight or elevated spaces.
•Familiarity with basic hand tools, measuring devices, and mobile technology.
•OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred; must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record.
