Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate timely responses to queries from customers, customer care, 3PLs, and production operations using the Supply Chain Cockpit process.
  • •Manage domestic and international route bookings with sufficient lead time for customer arrangements.
  • •Maintain logistics master data (e.g., transit times, pallet calculations) and deliver MCO actions and committed outputs on time and in full.
  • •Update OTIF performance reporting, track corrective actions, and communicate delivery discrepancies and potential service failures.
  • •Oversee shipment documentation, freight costing, special transport deliveries, and support freight invoicing credit/dispute handling via OpenText; assist with SAP non-conformances and RCCAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience in Transport Planning.
  • •First experience in a Transport Planning role.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred but not mandatory) and Excel required.
  • •Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
  • •Fluent English written and spoken; Polish not required.
