Lead Construction Manager - Data Center

Lead end-to-end construction management for data center projects, owning execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors while ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, environmental requirements, and HSE standards. Monitor progress, manage risks, run site inspections for quality, and deliver executive reporting. Coordinate across design, engineering, commissioning, and operations to ensure successful handover and closeout.
