Create memorable in-store experiences by delivering service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M model. Assist across departments, manage POS system tasks, support customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies. Stay informed on product collaborations and brand initiatives, serve as a brand ambassador, and follow Crocs policies including asset protection and inventory control.
