Support TikTok LIVE Operations with short-term, high-impact projects focused on creator growth and campaign go-to-market. •Assist in creator growth by addressing creators’ needs and resolving LIVE room issues via internal tools.

•Use in-app/design platforms such as Canva and Figma to create and enhance promotional content.
•Sort and organize experience, feedback, and analytics data; support collection and analysis to inform marketing strategies.

•Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders across the China market.

•Preferred: familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms; prior translation/content creation/data sorting experience.
