Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee site utilities, excavation, roofing, waterproofing, and related maintenance programs.
  • •Develop and execute site appearance roadmaps and oversee CSA projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and schedule.
  • •Coordinate CSA work with contractors, suppliers, and TI teams to meet safety, cost, and schedule goals while complying with applicable codes and standards.
  • •Support construction administration by responding to submittals and requests for information, providing financing/procurement/estimates/forecasting and capitalization support.
  • •Ensure compliance with TI ESH and applicable permits/codes (including building, confined space, and burn permits) and interface with customer organizations to maintain communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or architecture.
  • •Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • •Basic knowledge of general electrical and mechanical systems operations as they interact with building structural and architectural systems.
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines across a variety of projects.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and AutoCAD to review, create, and modify drawings.
