Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, ideal profiles, and interview strategies. Your expertise in advising on sourcing strategies, compensation, and hiring best practices will be critical.
  • •Own the full hiring process from sourcing to closing, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every candidate. You will build pipelines proactively, not just reactively.
  • •Be at the forefront of discovering and engaging exceptional talent (iOS, Android, Backend engineers, SRE, and Product profiles) in a competitive market. Creativity in outreach and a strong instinct for talent will be invaluable.
  • •Help design and continuously refine our recruiting processes, crafting smooth and scalable workflows without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • •Deliver a personalized, thoughtful candidate experience that reflects amo’s high standards. Represent amo’s values and culture authentically to every candidate interaction.
