Specialist, Systems Coordinator, Sustained Engineering

Coordinate the operational lifecycle and deployment systems that enable AI Science Factories to scale. You’ll support rollout and daily administration of lifecycle tools (including Arena PLM), maintain release structures, part numbering, baselines, and commissioning evidence, and keep operational documentation and knowledge systems current and usable. Partnering across engineering, robotics, software, research operations, facilities, EHS, and IT/OT, you’ll help ensure lightweight, consistently adopted workflows for globally deployable AISF platforms.
