Job Summary

Join AECOM’s transportation team as a CEI Construction Services Inspector in the Jacksonville, FL area. Inspect roadway and bridge construction, perform field tests for contract compliance, monitor quality and code adherence, and maintain inspection records. Work under the Senior CEI Inspector, support punch lists and commissioning, and contribute to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects on-site in a collaborative, English-speaking environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect construction work and conduct field tests for compliance with contract documents
•Assist Senior CEI Inspector and review work in progress
•Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements
•Perform daily field inspections and maintain inspection records
•Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 32 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma plus 2 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Valid U.S Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices

•Experience inspecting construction work and conducting field tests for compliance with contract documents
•Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
