Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to the legal department of the joint-stock company in day-to-day matters.
•Help draft and review legal documents, internal regulations, and other internal acts for the joint-stock company and group companies, including employment-area documentation.
•Monitor changes in laws affecting the operations of group companies.
•Support corporate governance for the group and provide legal support to group companies in the employment area.

Key Requirements

•Completed at least the third year of law studies (additional advantage: status of an advocate/radca law trainee in the first year).
•Minimum 1 year of substantive experience in a company legal department or in a law firm handling commercial entities or employment law advisory work (required).
•Very good English to communicate freely and draft legal documentation (required).
•Practical knowledge of civil law, with particular focus on commercial companies law or employment law.
•Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
