Key Responsibilities

•Lead sales and strategic partnership opportunities across key financial institutions in Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan.
•Develop and maintain an all-round perspective of Visa’s business model and partner with a diverse client set.
•Identify and pursue sales opportunities across Core (Consumer Payments), Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (B2B/Corporate Payments), and Value-Added Services.
•Coordinate cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to execute on identified sales opportunities.
•Deliver client-centric solutions and contribute significantly to Visa’s revenue in Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services or the payments industry, with a strong track record managing regional or global client relationships.
•Experience in card product management and B2B sales is preferred.
•Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in matrixed environments.
•Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including merchant partnerships, co-brand programs, and digital commerce.
•Commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities and deliver client-centric solutions.
