Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and own the site-wide preventive maintenance program, including PM schedules, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • •Serve as the technical SME for major facility and capital equipment across selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification.
  • •Support CapEx planning from identifying equipment needs and building business cases through procurement, installation, and validation.
  • •Act as the escalation point for complex equipment troubleshooting—diagnose root causes, coordinate repairs, and work with vendors/OEMs.
  • •Own SOP development/standardization for major equipment operation and maintenance, including driving adoption and keeping documentation current.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in facilities management, equipment engineering, maintenance, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Proven experience building or significantly improving preventive maintenance programs.
  • •Hands-on capital equipment lifecycle knowledge, including procurement, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
  • •Experience with CMMS for PM scheduling, work order management, and asset tracking; implementation experience is highly preferred.
