Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of inventory management processes with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink; oversee shipment, receiving, processing, and supply management on the sales floor.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps in partnership with the GM.
  • •Maintain and enforce strong stockroom standards and processes to support efficient operations and guest experience.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
  • •Directly oversee the Operations Associates; responsible for recruitment and development of talent; lead by example to drive daily operations and guest experience.
